Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by Flores Podcast Productions ("we", "us", "the studio"). By browsing the site or sending us a message through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This site describes our podcast production services and publishes articles about producing branded podcasts. Everything on it is informational. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to work together, and nothing here forms a contract for services.

Production work is governed by a separate agreement

If we work together, the terms of that engagement live in a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. That document covers scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, ownership of the finished episodes, and confidentiality. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Contacting us through the site

When you send us a message, please give us information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. Don't submit anything confidential to a third party, and don't use our forms to send unsolicited sales pitches or bulk messages. We may decline or ignore any enquiry.

Our content

The text, articles, design, graphics, logos, and audio on this site belong to Flores Podcast Productions or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You're welcome to read, share a link, and quote a short passage with credit and a link back. You may not republish our articles in full, resell our content, use our name or logo to imply a partnership or endorsement that doesn't exist, or feed the site's content into a system that reproduces it as its own.

Podcasts, organizations, and cover art shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and appear here to illustrate work we have produced. Their appearance is not an endorsement of you by them.

We link out to other websites where it's useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they treat your data. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

Liability arising from an actual production engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this section.

You agree to hold Flores Podcast Productions harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our services change. The revised version takes effect when posted here, and the date at the top will tell you when that was. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
